Terms of Service

3.1 Booking: All bookings must be made through our official channels. Verbal agreements are not binding until confirmed in writing.

3.2 Payment: A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be received 7 days before the event date.

3.3 Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to our cancellation policy.

4.1 Age Requirements: All guests must be 21 years or older for club events unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Dress Code: Appropriate attire is required for all events. TurnUp reserves the right to refuse entry for inappropriate dress.

4.3 Behavior: Guests must conduct themselves appropriately. TurnUp reserves the right to remove guests who violate venue policies.

4.4 Capacity: All venues have maximum capacity limits that must be strictly adhered to for safety reasons.

5.1 Limitation of Liability: TurnUp's liability is limited to the amount paid for the event. We are not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or other losses.

5.2 Insurance: TurnUp maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our events. Clients are encouraged to obtain their own event insurance.

5.3 Force Majeure: TurnUp is not liable for events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or venue closures.

7.1 TurnUp Content: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of TurnUp and is protected by copyright laws.

7.2 Event Photography: TurnUp may take photographs or videos at events for promotional purposes. By attending our events, you consent to such photography.
