REFUND POLICY

All ticket purchases and reservations made through Turn Up Events are final and non-refundable. Guests who choose not to pay cover charges at the venue or decide not to attend after booking will not be eligible for any form of refund, credit, or transfer. Cover charges, if applicable, are clearly communicated prior to entry and are mandatory for access to the event. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including refusal or inability to pay cover charges at the gate.
